The second phase of the Beijing Yanqing Winter Village and Yanqing Mountainous News Center Project is located in the eastern part of the southern area of the Yanqing competition zone. The building nature is a steel structure residential complex for hotels and supporting facilities. The total area is 12.88 hectares, the total construction area is 58,000 square meters, and the maximum span is 9 meters. The individual projects include: Athlete Group 3# has 4 floors above ground, with a building height of 18.55 meters; Athlete Group 4# and 5# have 1 floor underground and 5 floors above ground, with a building height of 21.83 meters; Athlete Group 6# has 2 floors underground and 5 floors above ground, with a building height of 23.35 meters; Public Group North Area has 1 floor underground and 2 floors above ground, with a building height of 21.5 meters. 
This project consists of functional areas such as the international zone, operation zone and residential zone. During the event, it can provide international and professional Winter Olympics services for athletes and team officials. The project has won the Gold Award for China's Steel Structure.
