Located in the core area of Singapore's CBD, this key project features a 38-story main building with two underground levels and a total construction area of 120,000 square meters. The building height is 211 meters.
The main structure employs a steel frame-concrete core cylinder system. The project's challenges include the giant transfer trusses at levels 8-9 and 33-34, as well as the roof shape. The maximum plate thickness is 80mm, made of Q390C material.
The project is executed according to American standards. It received the "Singapore Engineering Design Gold Award."
